I know it's kind of expensive, but i live off of Propel water. It doesn't have sugar so you aren't packing on calories (and fluctuating your blood sugar levels) and the sweetener doesn't affect the heart like aspertame in diet sodas. Also, there is alittle salt, but not so much like gatorade that you feel bloated all the time. I've also found that i feel a lot better if most of the time i eat lots of vegetables and keep the heavy/greasy foods to a bare minimum. Canned vegetables are great (and easy for college people that hate cooking). Also, those pria bars, although gross, when eaten before a ballet class or other strenuous activity make me feel more balanced and energized.
