I am the same way. I am hot all the time, especially my hands. It drives me crazy. Last year, I went on the atkins diet a while back and I found when I was limiting my carbs and sugar my body I was so much cooler. It took about a week but it was a dramatic change. And then in turn I felt more stable. The Atkins program is definitely not for everyone but one thing you can do is stay away from refined sugars and high carb foods(pasta, bread, potatoes, juices, cakes, candy.)
Also I added some potassium supplemnts to my diet (check w/ doctor or nutritionist first)and make a point to drink LOTS of water and take vitamins.
