I have only preliminarily been diagnosed with this disorder, but I am 32 and my hubby and I were planning on trying to get pregnant in the next year, so I asked about vaga-vagal episodes impact on pregnancy and delivery in the ER after I had what appeared to be a grand-mal seizure as well (that was later ruled out). They told me that yes, a safe pregnancy and delivery were indeed very possible, but that I would need to see a perinatologist that specializes in the care of high risk pregnancies and infants before, during, and after delivery. I need to see this type of specialist instead of my regular OB/GYN. I hope this advice helps you and that you have access to such a specialist where you live.
