I have had vaso vagal since i was 9 years old. About 6 months ago I would wake up in the middle of the night with palpitations and then get really hot and switch to really cold and soon start shaking uncontrollably. I was very freaked out. Because my vaso vagal episodes always happen during the day and I generally knew what triggered them.
