42 y/o female: recent diagnosis from doctor's follow up after a trip to ER (symptoms included immediate need to lay down or fall down, drop in blood pressure and heart rate, feeling of nausea, slight tingling in arm, unable to present thoughts or speech clearly, unable to focus clearly, tightening of jaw. Episode lasted an hour, at most.
