I have the extended migranes also for the last year and just had an attack a couple nights ago I'm wondering ths same thing, I was told I had vaso vego by a er nurse several years ago after she cussed me out fot not warning her, shoot I didnnt know I had it never heard of it before but had the needle thing for years just forgot to tell her, then started telling nurses I had vaso vego they give me a blank stare hum they dont know about it and I let it go but joke about haveing reactions to shots or blood drawn, ( sorry for all the misspelling, I also have fibromyalgia chronic fatigue Irritable bowel scolosis degenerative disc osteoarthritis restless leg syndrome memory problems dyslexia) so I dont sleep Im frustraded, in alot of pain , and cant type worth a darn anymore. Glad I found this site though it explains alot and now it makes sence for me at least. especially the dizziness
