Never Heard of VV

I have had stomach problems for years. Doctors have always said it's IBS, etc. However, I've woken up in the middle of the night, my heart is racing, I'm sweating and I feel like I'm going to vomit. There have been occasional times when I have actually vomited but didn't have any food in my system so it was just bile.

I know I had a VV attack yesterday. I was just sitting enjoying some music and all the sudden I got extremely nauseated, then I couldn't see. I thought I was going to vomit. So I went to lay down. My boyfriend was asking me questions but I couldn't respond. I was clammy, sweating and pale. After about 10-15 minutes it went away. On a more regular basis, I have blurred vision with a little bit of dizziness but the stomach ache is not accommpanied. Do any of you feel the same way? It's very scary.
