Husband has episode...PLEASE ADVISE!!

My hubby had an episode last night at 1:30 am. He got up to use bathroom and felt constipated. He began having abdominal cramping, began sweating feeling very hot, and nausiated. He passed out. When I got to him, he was out cold. I called his name 20 times before he responded. I believe he quit breathing as he gasped for air, nothing like just taking a deep breath! Also, he lost control of his bladder. Has anyone else lost control of bladder during these episodes. He goes to dr tomorrow. Please respond as I am extremely worried. Thank you
