Is Stomach associated?

I have been having a problem for about 1 1/2 yrs now and no doc can find out what is wrong. It seems to happen after my evening meal the majority of the time. I will feel real full in the mid section just below rib cage to just above belly button. Then I will start having really bad skipped heart beats. So bad that I get really scared (around 15 a minute. I am so fustrated that noone can find out. Doctors seem to think that the Vagas Nerve has nothing to do with it. I also have a thyroid nodule but they tell me that thats not it either. Does anyone have these same symptoms?
