Your story sounds very similair to mine...feeling it come on...talking myself through it...blah...blah...blah...it is very frustrating isn't it? Just this past weekend I had an "episode" while shopping in the supermarket and tried to talk myself through it but had to leave the store and talk myself into making it to the FIre Station...EMT's took me to hospital where I spent the night and released with you guessed it...Vaso Vagal syncope! Yeah, well now that I know what it is...I want to know what's causing it!!! Same as you...it comes with no consistancy...3 months ago, before that it was 1 1/2 years...and so on...Well, thanks for reading - GOOD LUCK TO YOU TOO!
