Actually mine have so far just been the light headed ringing ears symptoms then the urge to have a bm comes during this..no pain involved..actually a few times seemingly the need to have a bm starts my symptoms and having one seemed to avert the episode..its very frustrating to figure out..good luck to you..Bill
