need for bowel movment causing vaso vagal ?

I have had many episodes over last 10 yrs where I become lightheaded/dizzy feeling but not passed out (yet) get weak feeling and everytime I have to have a (excuse me) bowel movement. but remain weak feeling for several hours. am I alone and anyone know anything about this..thanks very much for your bimput and luck to you all..Bill
