I had never vomited from a VV episode until last December. I am convinced it was because the paramedics moved me. If they just let me lie down there until I recovered I don't think I would have vomited. I too was being pretty carefuly what I was eating because I had been recently diagonosed as a type 2 diabettic, but I was extremely tired since I was traipsing around the entire day as a tourist and was probably dehydrated.
