Yes, I have the same feeling when in large crowds. In fact at a political rally in the 70's was one of the first times I fainted (actually right afterwards when I was home). At state fairs and even in crowded museums I would lose track of one of my kids for a second and would have what was probably a panic attack but I think was also related to the sheer number of people around. Even when there is no reason for a panic attack I get symptoms that a something like the ones before a VV episode but mostly if I drink water and sit down for a while I am fine.
This web site is not a substitute for a
thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms. Medical
treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms
since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses. It

the care of a physician for the duration of any unknown, suspected or dangerous vaso-vagal
syndrome symptoms.
