vaso vagal syncope

For quite a while I have had chest pains on the left side and often radiating into my left arm, sometimes up my neck and face. On June 17, 04 I was buisy doing physical activity and blew off the chest discomfort that I felt. I moved heavy supplies and furnature all around. Suddenly I became hot, and dizzy along with nausousness, I sat down and cleaned my face with a cloth and took a sup of water and went right back at it... THEN the whole room started spinning like a circus ride I became very sick to my stomache, barely made it down to my sofa and then when my husband came to me I could hear him and could barely respond with a slurred speach only getting out"Im sick" I do have nitro on hand from a 2 year ago visit to a cardiologist and he began to quickly look for it and placed it under my toung. I tried to move and felt as though I was shutting down and them vomited all the while the room kept spinning my blood pressure was low as well as my pulse as my husband checked it --he ruled it out as not having been eating enough sugar as I have been dieting and cutting back on carbs. I felt terrible for hours later and the whole next week like I just ran a marathon with basic chores like making my bed. Ive been to that same cardiologist who told me that I need to loose the stress in my life and take things at a pace and I said well what happened to me on that day? and he said you had vaso vagal response-- I left feeling empty and this is the only place I have found any other feed back on this syndrome. I have had echocardiograms in which came out looking good, passed a stress test at25% I couldnt finish it and I get a lot of windeness and chest pain from practally nothing at all and I feel so exhausted. I am only 31 (just turned)and am looking for any further guidance and or information on this... I noticed alot of other people noted nausia but not actually vomiting in which I did??? As I look back over the years since 1993 I can now recall other instances in which I almost passed out/always vomiting , feeling dizzzy but now its compleatly worse more than ever please email me at Jes101g@aol.com for any advice and or input thank you
