hi my name is Linsey and I just stumbled upon this website after being diagnosed with Vaso Vagal Syndrome. I am 21 years old and have been having these episodes for about 8 years now. Though they are rare, I am always scared its going to happen. I have sever claustrophobia and was wondering if anyone else did. MOst of the time it happen when Im in a very crowded place and it's very hot. My doctor game me Xanax to calm me down if i know i am going to be a crowded place. I was also wondering what this tilt test is, considering I've never had it, and was thiking about getting it done to make sure this is what I have. thanks so much
