Vaso Vagal Syncope

In the past 5 years, I have blacked out with no warning. In addition, probably for the last 35 years, I have had experiences of extreme tiredness, nausea and just a funny feeling in my hear before I put my self on the floor to recoup. Had anyone else had the experiences of blacking out with no warning and what treatment has been given.
