I got food poisoning,..... stomack churning, cramping, and nausia. just prior to vomiting I retch, begin sweating, feel dizzy then black out. I wake up maybe a minute or so later, or maybe even seconds, I'm not sure. this also happand when I had the fleu last year. Is this vasovagal?
