I have similar symptoms. I'm not sure which came first, the chicken or the egg. I also have IBS which causes frequent loose stools. The DR. says this dehydrates me, which in turn lowers my blood pressure- low blood pressure causes nausia - which stimulates the vagal nerve. I'm not sure how it begins but I know the result is feeling dizzy, light headed, getting hot and sweaty, and tunneling vision. My Dr is now trying me in a Beta blocker to regulate BP. I'm crossing my fingers. I just want to feel normal again!!! If anyone would like to chat further about this or potential remidies, please contact me at 1rinkrat@earthlink.net
