I was recently diagnosed with Vaso-vagal by my cardiologist. He told me that Zoloft (yes, the antidepressant) is used to treat it. He prescribed 100 mg of Zoloft at bedtime. However, I have only been taking it for 3 days and the next likely time for me to have an "attack" is tomorrow. But I would definitely ask your doctor about Zoloft to treat vaso-vagal.
