P.S. In your case, the vaso-vagel response might be triggered by a sensitivity or allery to a food you eat. Food allergies cause a similar reaction -- hot flash, nausea, diarrhea, blackout. This has happened to me too. I think they are all related.

You can get food allergy tests from an allergist.
