I am on Levbid before I eat and .25 Xanax when I feel the symptoms come on. I have increased my salt intake slighty, drink plenty of water and gatorade, decreased caffiene intake and I have not had an episode in almost a month. Levbid is an anti-spasm med for the gastro system.
