Passing out with a BM

I was eating out in a resturant and all of a sudden my intestines started cramping, I statred sweating...I went to the bathroom and started to have a bm it was hard and I was hot my lips went numbs and I felt like I was going to pass out. I got up went back to the table and laid down on the floor... I think my husband was horrified..I felt loose bowels coming on went in the bathroom and had dirreaha and I threw up all over...I was white like a ghost and felt shakey and weak..I had bad cramps the next day and some blood...what can I do about these episodes this is not the first but it was the worset.
