Re: vasovagal symptoms for 28 years

It's amazing, isn't it? I had fainting episodes in my 20's and no one ever gave it a name until years later. The episodes were very far apart but now I see all the connections. I'm in my 60's now and have a comfort level with it. Just flew to England and back. On the way there the air was very turbulant and I started feeling a little woozy but I did some relaxiing techniques and got through it. No problem on the way back. I did all the things everyone is supposed to do - drank lots of water, got up and walked the ailses every couple of hours, etc.
