I had been on Atarax at bedtime for a while to sleep and twice I woke up with episodes. I have two med's they gave me, I took them stayed laying down montiored my BP/& HR still stable again and went back to sleep as soon as I couls close my eyes without the room spinning. I no longer take Atarax.
