i have a diagnosis of pre syncope

im just curious has anyone experienced chest discomfort or discomfort in ther neck when there haveing an epsiode i have been haveing this on and off and it has been kinda controlling my lifes enjoyment because hot weather makes it bad but on the other hand your allways kinda cold or hot with it so its like a catch 22 i love the heat but cant handle it but most of my symptoms involve extreme weakness until i lay down sometimes fast heart rate sometimes slower heart rate bp is someplace around 90/20 or so sometimes a little lower sometimes a little higher and im allways a little shaky does that sound like anyone else out there
