Good Question: My tennis partner observed one of my VV spells and he also believed I "flatlined" for about 20 seconds after fainting. When asking the Doctor who determined previously I had VV, he siad it isn't that unusual to "flatline" for a short period during a spell even though it is obviously very critical to say the least if the heart did not restart on it's own.
