Did you always feel the nausea and pain when you had these attacks? That's how mine were. Very bad with the passing out too. BUT the longest I ever went without an episode was with my two pregnancies which were both 3 weeks late. Actually when I went into labor, I thought I was having an attack instead of labor, because that's what my VV attacks feel like! But I didn't have all the rest of the symptoms and never passed out form the labor pain. It was different. The thing I did differently while pregnant was I drank a small glass of prune juice every day. I don't know wether there is a correlation , but something was different. I, as you, was so afraid of having the attacks while pregnant. Try the prune can't hurt and is good for you. Just don't drink too big a glass!
