Hey, I went to the ER on sunday ,and the Dr. said I had vaso vagal, and I needed to drink more water,and take care of myself. Thats great and fine and I will, but today I feel very spacey,and my cheast muscles hurt,and I feel light headed,and yucky, my stomach was hurting but I ate and feel better re my stomach, but I want to know after other people have had an vaso-vagal, how long does it take to be 100% again?, Im going to my primary Dr. tuesday morning, its very nice to see other people go thur this,also to add I never fainted.
