Irregular heart rhythms associated with vasovagal

Do you know of any connection between vasovagal problems and irregular heart rhythms; ie., multiple PVC's, short runs of tachycardia?

And, a second question: any connection between vasovagal and lacking an anterior vermis in the cerebellum?
