hello, My name is Rick im 33yr,and I just got off work at 430am,and on the way to eat I was feeling very dizzy, and nauseas,I ate a burger, then i felt I could not catch my breath, and i felt a huge sharp pain in my back, along with tingling all thur my left side, plus sweating,I thought I was having a heart attack(thank god I did not)and Doc took x-ray of my heart, and EKG all negative, and he said I had Vaso-Vagal. My question is what can i do to prevent this?,and this is the 1st 1 I have ever had. Rick PS- you contact me at rick00771@yahoo.com
