I began having symptoms on 3/27/04 - dizziness, light-headedness, weak legs (felt like lack of oxygen to the muscles), near passing out. This lasted for a week and occurred every time I tried to get up and walk. At the ER I was given and EKG which was interpreted as Ischemia. I was then given a muclear stress test which I passed with no trouble - up onthe treadmill. Even had a cardiac Catheterization which revealed no damage. My symptoms have reduced over the last few months, but still arise every now and then when I try to WALK. I do aerobics several times a week, lift weights and bike ride around 30 miles a week. None of these activities brings on an attack. Attacks are only initiated by simple walking! I think it may possibly be worse shortly after I eat, but I'm not certain. Does this sound like Vasal Vagal Syncope to you?
Thanks!
