Yes, Vaso V...but WHAT is CAUSING the pain????

The pain I feel before I pass out is extremely painful...on a scale from 1-10 it is a 10! It is on my bottom right side abdomen and the SEVERE pain only occurs on occassion before I have a bowel movement, and I always pass out during the severe episodes. I have already had a hysterectomy and my appendix out...so I no that's not it. I actually have an appointment to see a colon doctor. I am scared that I have somehting wrong, or somehting growing inside that shouldn't be there!! Has anyone ever experienced this?
