Thank you Patty! I am day 3 without caffiene. I also find these episodes happening after I eat. Has anyone experianced that? I've called 3 Dr.'s this weekend. They hav all said to stay away from sugars and carbs. Has anyone found relief from that? Patty, are you on beta blockers?
