I think if we get dehydrated, drink lots of caffeine, have stomach cramps, go on a roller coaster ride, get exhausted, laugh too hard, get drops in the eyes, go to the dentist, drink too much, wake or get up suddenly, we can pretty much predict that one of those things will trigger a VV episode. There's lots more. It's just now knowing which, where and when that's the puzzle. I like to concentrate on avoiding the things which affect me and then taking action to prevent a full faint if I feel one coming on. Living with it is not much fun but you got keep it in perspective and count your blessings.
