I have the same symptoms. It always seems to accompany a stomachache. I get really warm and break out into a sweat. My heart rate elevates to around 160. My doctor has put me on Zoloft which seems to be helping, although I still panic everytime my stomach hurts. I am having difficulty living with this. I have been in the hospital about six times with this and my blood pressure has dropped to 60/30. This all started when I was pregnant and my baby is now eight months old and it hasn't gone away, although, the meds seem to be helping. It has been two months since my last episode. I would love some advice on what else this could be.
