Just last night i was diagnosed with vaso vagal by my doctor. I didn't quite understand it so i went online and found this forum, which has helped a lot. I feel a bit scared because some of you have minor symptoms and occurrences and others have this sydrome worse. I should say that i'm 23 years old and in the past four years i've had two attacks. Basically, i get really dizzy, sweat profously, become hot, and nausuas (i know i spelled that wrong). I've been taking Atenolol which was prescribed by my doctor and this didn't seem a big deal to him. Is it a big deal? How come lots of you aren't on medication? I know each person varies on their symptoms and the amount at which the episodes occur, but how do i figure out why this happens? What i mean is what triggers these episodes? Is this something i should or shouldn't be worried about?
