Colonoscopy after Vaso Vagal

I am nervous because I have fainted 4 times from what doctors tell me is vaso vagal. My bowels are definately involved bacause my lower abdomin is where I get the extreme pain before I pass out...upon wakening I have to move my bowels. Has anyone had to have a Colonoscopy to rule out anything from Vaso Vagal? Please tell me you story. Thanks
