Gas pain w/vaso vagal??

While out to dinner last week I had severe stomach (gas?) pains. I knew I was having trouble and wanted to remove myself from the room. I took 2 gas X hoping it would pass but within minutes I was heading to the bathroom (felt like I was going to throw up). I fainted on the way. I do have low (80/60) blood pressure and mitro valve prolaspe. Any suggestions as to if it's VV or maybe heart related? Any ideas on prevention and are tests necessary at this time?
