VasoVagal Syncope or a Seizure?

I recently lost Consciousness at work. I had been working outside in 40 degree weather and pouring rain. I came inside and was very very cold. I sat down to began eating lunch that I had heated up in the microwave. My 2nd bite was the most painful piece of food I've had in my life. It was burning my throat as it went down. Next thing I remember I was looking at the time clock and had no idea where I was for about 10 seconds. I apparently tightened up as stiff as a board for about a minute and my eyes rolled back in my head. Right now I've had an EEG done, an EKG done and some blood tests, I'm awaiting a CT Scan and the results of the prior tests. Has anyone else had any incidences like this? I believe it was VasoVagal Syncope. I really hope that's what the tests find also!
