Hi, I've had similar episodes. I get pain in my lower back and it seems that I have little spasms in my rectal area. I get lightheaded and have fainted on the toilet before. Now that I know I faint, I try to just lay down and let it pass. It usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes to go away and I'm usually very tired afterwards. Pushing down like I'm trying to have a bowel movement seems to help, but its not because I have to have a moment. It is reassuring that others have the same thing. I just wish we knew why we are having these types of episodes and I wish there was something we could do to make them go away.
