we seem to have the same trigger for our attacks. i just want to ask if you have any difficulty trying to poop, but eventually find out that you have diarrhea after the episode? im asking this because its always the case for me whenever i have my episodes. the way i describe it is that im constipated but with diaarhea, and this is the cause of my stomach cramps.
