I cant sit in the sun, Heat is also a trigger for me. I also sweat when I am having an episode. I am on two different medications for VV. I am on Lexapro which is an antidepressant which also causes the VV reflex to slow somehow and i am also on Florinef which makes my body retain water and sodium. I am still having episodes..wish they would go away!!! Does anyone else ever just want to get up and run around...but as soon as you sit up you fall right back over? It is frustrating!! I am happy to see all of you guys..gives me hope...
