Yes. I have heat as a trigger. When I was in my 20's I nearly passed out from a sauna. In my 30's and 40's I never did well in hot weather - rash from sun on occasion (one doc thought it was Lupus but it wasn't). Now it's hot flashes. Also, when I feel a VV episode coming on I also get hot and my heart races (but not too much - I've worn a monitor on a couple of occasions.)
