your symptoms sound the same as mine,I tend to feel as though ive been asleep rather than ive fainted.I always feel fine after although extremely embarassed.In future when we go out for a meal I will try not to eat too much and only drink water.I have been having these episodes off and on for 20years and I dont think the"re a sign of anything worse than a digestive system reaction, so dont be overly worried about it,but i would see your GP
