VVS After Effects - Light Headed

From: Steve

Comments

I was diagnosed with VVS after nearly blacking out while driving and then havins several similar episodes back-to-back last weekend. I blacked out on the tilt table after 4 minutes. Looking back on the bad stretch, I was doing a lot of physical activity while drinking very little fluids, so was probably predisposed to the attacks. My question is - Have any of you experienced long term dizziness or light headedness after such an episode? I have not felt right for 10 days now with an overall light headedness and some difficulty concentrating. My doctor had recommended a beta blocker, but with this feeling and my heart rate and BP being on the low side, I have resisted. Thoughts?
