I have found something that may help some of us. I have had this illness for some time now, and I started thinking maybe I was making myself sick. I knew what type of situations caused me to get dizzy and some that didnt, I was scared to death the leave my house for fear I would pass out. I would cause myself to have anxiety attacks, that would lead me into being dizzy. I talked to a phycologist, and she recomened the book "Pain to Power" by Bassett. It will help you learn how to calm yourself and not have panic attacks. PLease read this book !!
