well if was a discusion i had with another women about the hyst that led me to look up VV she was diagnosed with it and when she described the symptoms ..it was what i was going threw. i will monitor my diet i do know with my last episode i ate alot of citrus that morning , and did not get great sleep the night before however i felt fine when i got in the car ...it comes on so fast not much warning...maybe this is a cobo for me of sleep hormones and diet ...ill keep a log thank you for responding :)
