This is only a suggestion but has your doctor suggested IBS to you? I am an IBS suffer and there is a strong link between IBS attacks and collapse, even in people who don't 'tend to faint' I never tended to faint either until my IBS symptoms got so bad I was loosing consiousness though the pain.
