My V-V episodes occur only at night, but they are absolutely identical to your night time episode. I do pass out, turn grey, eyes rolled back, stop breathing, according to my wife. When I come to, I need a cold floor, cold breeze; sometimes, I am peaceful and relieved at this moment; other times the nausea/diarrhea continues. I have had sleep-EEG tests which showed nothing unusual in a normal sleep night.
